Senior Fullstack Developer/Tech Lead Offline

As a Senior Fullstack Developer/Tech Lead, you will be at the forefront of our technical initiatives, driving the architectural design and end-to-end implementation of our software products. You will play a key role in building and mentoring a skilled development team, promoting best practices, and ensuring the seamless integration of modern web technologies and AI APIs. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders will be essential in aligning project goals and prioritizing features. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development (Python, JS), with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Experience building AI agents with any of the platforms (OpenAI, Langchain, llamaindex, CrewAI, n8n)
• Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning tools and frameworks.
• Proficiency in modern web development stack, both frontend and backend.
• Experience with at least one of the cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with API design (REST).
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Jira)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding and experience with DevOps best practices.
• Experience with services like ChatGPT, Github Copilot and understanding how to leverage AI technology to accelerate development.

Responsibilities:

• As a technical leader you will be responsible for technical design and architecture of the products, and end-to-end implementation.
• Form the development team and development culture.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, troubleshoot issues ensuring scalability, security, and performance of the products.
• Oversee and guide a team of developers, setting clear goals and mentoring team members.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and data science teams to align on requirements and prioritise features.
• Conduct code reviews, write clean, maintainable code, and establish best practices for development.

Nice to Have:

• Experience building AI agents with any of the platforms (OpenAI, Langchain, llamaindex, CrewAI, n8n)
• DevOps, MLOps experience to ensure continuous integration and deployment.
• Experience with open source projects
• Experience building SDK
