Senior Game Mathematician for slots` company

Our client, Start up Slots company worldwide opens an extra Remote Position of : Senior Game Mathematician 

who should take responsibility of creating mathematical models for slot games, balancing games to reach required player experience, validating games’ behavior with developers. 

Responsibilities: 

Collaborate and partner with game producer to create best game experience; 

Provide detailed mathematical models for slot games and other game features; 

Understanding of slot games market; 

Provide competitive game math analysis to identify valuable insights; Troubleshoot with engineers on technical implementation of mathematical models; 

Provide answers and explanations to relevant math questions for game designers, engineers, compliance requirements and other departments as necessary; 

Develop and explore innovative functionality of slot games; 

Contribute original ideas to game logic and game design team; 

Work with producers, artists, engineers, and others throughout development. 

Requirements: 

Excellent working knowledge in combinatorics, statistics and probability theories; Interest in games both from a designer and player perspective; At least intermediate English (both written and spoken); 

Have a demonstrated track record (2,5+ years) in slot game math production; 

Maintain active field researc, analysis and industry knowledge to clearly understand and convey player profiles to develop new features and products; 

Create and own writing the game logic for all assigned games utilizing proprietary tools; 

Data-driven and analytical mindset; 

Extensively play test all games in studio development with detailed verbal or written feedback around all aspects of the player experience: math, art, sound, messaging, game pacing and user interface.
