Who Weβre Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced Targetologist to join our team on a part-time basis. You will work closely with our diverse portfolio of clients, helping them scale their e-commerce businesses through well-targeted and optimized ad campaigns.
1. Experience and Expertise:
- Work Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in targeted advertising for e-commerce.
- Proven experience with international markets, particularly USA and Europe.
- Successful cases of promoting e-commerce projects (with examples and ROI metrics).
- Platform Knowledge:
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) β primary platform.
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping).
- Additionally: TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads (depending on the product niche).
- Analytics and Tools:
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar.
- Experience with setting up and analyzing pixels, UTM tags, and conversions.
- Skilled in A/B testing.
2. Skills and Knowledge:
- Technical Skills:
- Setting up the full advertising cycle: targeting, budgeting, and testing.
- Optimizing ad spend to ensure high ROI.
- Experience managing large budgets (over $10,000/month).
- Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze key performance indicators (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS).
- Developing strategies based on audience data.
- Creative Skills:
- Collaborating with designers and copywriters to create effective ad materials.
- Generating ideas for new ad formats and testing approaches.
3. Personal Qualities:
- Result-oriented mindset (able to achieve KPI targets).
- Systematic thinking and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills: able to clearly explain ideas and strategies to the team.
- Adaptability to changes (algorithms, trends).
