Key Account Manager

An international product IT company is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team.

Our main goal is to develop and support high-load projects for large, including globally recognized, companies. The majority of our projects are B2B solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams to identify, gather, and document requirements and tasks;
  • Effectively allocate tasks across team members based on their expertise and current workload;
  • Ensure task prioritization in line with business goals and strategic direction;
  • Monitor and control task execution to ensure timely achievement of key deliverables;
  • Continuously improve and optimize processes between teams and functional departments;
  • Actively participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and project functionality to improve efficiency and quality.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with project teams;
  • High level of responsibility and attention to detail;
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment;
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
