Key Account Manager
An international product IT company is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team.
Our main goal is to develop and support high-load projects for large, including globally recognized, companies. The majority of our projects are B2B solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to identify, gather, and document requirements and tasks;
- Effectively allocate tasks across team members based on their expertise and current workload;
- Ensure task prioritization in line with business goals and strategic direction;
- Monitor and control task execution to ensure timely achievement of key deliverables;
- Continuously improve and optimize processes between teams and functional departments;
- Actively participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and project functionality to improve efficiency and quality.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with project teams;
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail;
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment;
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
