Genesys Cloud Engineer

We are looking for a professional Cloud Engineer to join our team. 

What You’ll Do

Design and implement custom integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs and SDKs
Build automation tools and workflows to streamline system operations
Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance the performance of cloud-based platforms
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions
Stay current with the latest Genesys Cloud CX features and industry trends

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud (API & SDK integration)
5+ years as a Cloud Engineer or in a similar technical role
Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, (AWS or Azure)
Experience with integration technologies (REST APIs, webhooks, etc.)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
English - at least B2
