We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer who will be one of the key drivers behind our hiring machine — helping us build strong, values-driven teams across multiple startups.

 

What you will be doing: 

  • sourcing top Ukrainian talent across Mobile, Marketing, Admin, and beyond (worldwide remote);
  • crafting and personalizing outreach that actually gets responses;
  • building candidate pipelines for active roles and future growth;
  • partnering with recruiters & founders to define search strategies and ideal profiles;
  • using LinkedIn, job boards, boost referrals flow, and any tools that help you move fast;
  • supporting a strong candidate experience from the first message.

 

What you bring:

  • you’ve sourced for startups or product teams before (in-house);
  • you love the hunt — from Boolean to DM;
  • you get the importance of culture fit in early-stage hiring;
  • you’re organized, proactive, and good with async communication;
  • you care about quality over quantity.
