🔎 Who We're Looking For:
We’re looking for an engineer who deeply understands how blockchains work at a low level, has experience designing smart contracts, and is eager to work with complex systems that handle a high volume of transactions.
Your experience doesn’t have to be limited to Web3 — what matters is your solid understanding of systems programming, efficient architecture, and security. If you can write optimized, secure code at the virtual machine level and have worked with Solidity, Rust, Go, or C-like languages — we have plenty of exciting challenges for you.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize smart contracts for TON (FunC / TVM).
• Build architectures for high-load blockchain solutions.
• Integrate smart contracts into broader systems (DeFi protocols, infrastructure, AI components).
• Develop custom low-level logic, security mechanisms, and gas consumption optimizations.
• Support CI/CD workflows for smart contracts, testing and validation across multiple levels.
• Contribute to technical project decisions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.

🛠 Tech Stack:

• FunC / TVM / TON
• Solidity, Move (preferred)
• Systems programming: C, Go, Rust
• Infrastructure: Git, Docker, CI/CD, basic DevOps
• Testing: unit, fuzz, integration
• Architectures: failover, on-chain logic, gas-efficiency

✅ We Expect:

• 3+ years of software development experience (preferably low-level focused).
• Real-world experience in Web3 or high-load systems (preferred).
• Experience in smart contract development or auditing.
• Understanding of virtual machines (EVM, TVM, or others).
• Skills in architecture design, logic optimization, and contract security.
• Confident use of Git, development tools, and CI/CD pipelines.

💡 Nice to Have:

• Experience with the TON blockchain or participation in relevant hackathons / open-source.
• Familiarity with Move, Cairo, or other smart contract DSLs.
• Understanding of zk-tech and cryptography fundamentals.
• Experience integrating AI/ML pipelines or orchestrating complex on-chain/off-chain logic.
