🔎 Who we're looking for:

We’re hiring an experienced smart contract developer who deeply understands how blockchain systems work under the hood — and who’s ready to help build high-performance, production-level contracts on the TON Virtual Machine (TVM).

If you've worked with low-level languages like C, Go, Rust or optimized smart contracts in Solidity, and you're passionate about performance, security, and system architecture — you're in the right place.

📌 What you'll be doing:

• Designing and developing smart contracts in FunC for the TON blockchain.
• Architecting scalable, reliable and efficient on-chain systems.
• Collaborating with AI, backend, and product teams to integrate blockchain logic into broader systems.
• Optimizing gas usage, handling low-level data flows and secure logic.
• Leading technical discussions, conducting code reviews and sharing your expertise.
• Supporting CI/CD, advanced testing, and dev workflows for smart contract delivery.

🛠 Tech stack:

• FunC / TVM / TON
• Solidity, Move (nice to have)
• C / Go / Rust (core development experience)
• Docker, Git, CI/CD workflows
• Testing (unit, integration, fuzzing)
• Architectures: high-load, fault-tolerant, on-chain/off-chain bridges

✅ We expect:

• 3+ years of experience in software development (preferably low-level).
• Experience in smart contract development or systems programming.
• Familiarity with virtual machines (TVM, EVM or similar).
• Solid understanding of blockchain security, gas optimization, and architecture.
• Comfort working in Git-based teams, across infrastructure and codebase tooling.

💡 Bonus points for:

• Hands-on experience with TON / FunC or contributions to public repos in the ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Move, Cairo, or custom DSLs for smart contract development.
• Familiarity with zk-proofs, zero-knowledge infrastructure, cryptographic logic.
• Experience building or integrating with AI/ML components in complex systems.
