Marketing Manager with Experience in Web2/Web3 + Strong copy skills to $3000 Offline

We are currently listed on the market, and raised over $15M of initial funding. We're scaling fast, and now we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can help us run high-impact campaigns that drive new user growth.
You’ll work at the intersection of Web3 and Web2 — running campaigns across platforms, creating sharp copy, and making sure every piece lands on time, on brand, and on target.
What you’ll do:
- Own and execute marketing campaigns across:
- Email: Flows, campaigns, and one-off announcements
- Instagram & TikTok: Brief creators, brainstorm formats, coordinate approvals, create content with agencies
- Twitter: Write for crypto-native audiences (threads, announcements)
- LinkedIn: Help shape the narrative and voice of Lingo for a professional audience
- Press Releases: Coordinate, write, and distribute major
announcements
Own processes: Make sure briefings are clear, deliverables are on time, payments are sorted
You will be working closely with our Head of Growth, designers, and KOL managers to align creative, copy, and timelines
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience running marketing across Web2 and Web3 channels
- Strong copy skills — you can switch tone across platforms with ease
- Operational mindset — you don’t miss deadlines or drop the ball on follow-ups
You’ve worked closely with designers and creators before
