BI Analyst

BI Analyst needed to transform raw data into actionable business insights through analysis, visualization, and reporting. You'll collaborate with senior analysts and business teams to drive data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Execute complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data from multiple databases
• Build and maintain automated reporting systems using BI tools
• Develop KPI dashboards and metrics tracking
• Design and Conduct A/B test experiments and provide. recommendations

Data Visualization

• Create interactive Tableau dashboards that enable users to explore data and uncover actionable insights efficiently.
• Design executive-level presentation decks and reports in Excel
• Ensure data visualization best practices and formatting consistency

Data Quality & Process Improvement

• Implement data validation procedures and quality checks
• Document data definitions, processes, and methodologies
• Identify opportunities for reporting automation

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with business teams to understand reporting needs
• Present findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Provide regular updates on project status and insights

Accountability and Continuous Improvement

•  Ensure complete accountability for data collection, accuracy and validation from diverse sources.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis to deliver impactful results.

   

  Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
• 1-2 years experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Proficient in SQL and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query)
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Knowledge of data warehouse concepts
• Understanding of statistical methods
• Experience with A/B testing

• Familiarity with agile methodologies
