Senior Full-Stack Developer (.Net and React)

About the Role

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-traffic, customer-facing applications across international markets including the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, France and Japan. You’ll work across the stack with React, .NET Core, .NET 6 and C#, contributing to feature development and AI-driven enhancements. This position is critical to ensuring performance, scalability, and innovation across our International team, supporting 1M+ daily users and 2B+ monthly requests. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to bring world-class experiences to life while contributing to our AI strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React, .NET Core, .NET 6+.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering to clarify business requirements and plan technical solutions.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with appropriate unit and integration tests.
• Participate in peer code reviews and help mentor junior developers.
• Support and improve CI/CD pipelines, monitor production systems, and ensure system performance and stability.
• Participate in research and implementation of AI-generated content and LLM-based flows.
• Continuously look for ways to improve deployment frequency, code quality, and overall team velocity.
   

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial experience in full-stack development.
• Strong experience with .NET Core, C#, and React.
• Experience with web services, REST APIs, and asynchronous backend architecture.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Jest/Vitest, Playwright and NUnit.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with continuous integration and delivery.
• Upper-intermediate level of English or higher.
• Proven ability to work independently, creatively solve problems, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Demonstrated curiosity for learning new technologies and contributing to a culture of innovation.
