About the Role:  
 

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Lead Generation Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, eager to grow in the IT industry, and ready to contribute to building an efficient lead base that will support our customer acquisition efforts.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Support the sales team in generating and qualifying leads through various channels, with a focus on LinkedIn;  
  • Communicate professionally with potential clients via chats, emails, and calls;  
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of prospects and activities in internal systems;  
  • Assist in researching target industries and decision-makers;  
  • Learn and apply best practices in outreach and lead nurturing;  
  • Continuously develop knowledge in IT sales and B2B communication.

 

REQUIREMENTS:
 

  • Upper-intermediate level of English (both written and spoken);  
  • Strong interest in developing a career in IT sales;  
  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required;  
  • Confident in formal communication across various formats (chat, email, calls);  
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and how it’s used in a business context;  
  • Organized and methodical approach to tracking and logging data.
