Creative Lead Designer (EdTech) Offline

Faria seeks a Creative Lead Designer to lead our creative direction and global visual storytelling. You will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the innovative strategy for our suite of SaaS products, elevating the Faria brand and ensuring its presence resonates across markets.
In this role, you will build and lead a team of talented designers to drive the creation of engaging content that aligns with Faria’s brand, values, and objectives. You will collaborate closely with the global marketing, product, and sales teams to craft a distinctive and cohesive brand identity that captivates customers and effectively communicates Faria's value proposition across all customer touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Working with the Director of Product Marketing and Brand, led the visual implementation of the new Faria brand across all products and touchpoints, worldwide.
- Lead the ongoing development of the creative strategy for Faria’s brand, ensuring all creative assets align with the global brand vision.
- Develop and manage the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including digital and print materials, campaign visuals, videos, web content, and presentations.
- Work closely with the Global Marketing team to integrate creative assets into campaigns, product launches, and events, ensuring they resonate with diverse audiences.
- Oversee the design and execution of online and offline campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints, including social media, websites, and sales materials.
- Drive the development of Faria’s visual identity, ensuring it is innovative, relevant, and resonates with our target audience across different markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Events, and Sales, to support go-to-market strategies and create engaging customer experiences.
- Build, manage, and mentor a team of designers, providing creative direction and feedback and fostering an environment that encourages innovation and collaboration.
- Ensure the creative process is efficient, maintaining high standards while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
- Stay current on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer insights to continuously refine creative strategies and deliver cutting-edge visual content.
Requirements
Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in a senior creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work, ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or related industries.
- Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects from concept to execution.
- Expertise in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and project management tools.
- Experience creating and executing creative strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, focusing on web, video and social media content.
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
