Senior IT Recruiter Offline
We seek to hire a proactive, hardworking Technical Recruiter to join our team. Someone passionate about developing a career in recruitment and will help to grow our team.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage recruitment projects for our Ukraine, Europe, and LATAM locations
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with internal hiring managers
β’ Oversee the entire recruitment life cycle for a range of positions, from junior to management level, starting with analyzing the vacancy request, creating a talent pool, and onboarding qualified candidates
β’ Implement candidate generation strategies using practical recruiting tools
β’ Assist in developing efficient recruitment and search strategies for new Akvelon locations
β’ Provide an exceptional experience for all qualified candidates and our hiring managers
β’ Proactively build a candidate pipeline through a network of potential applicants
β’ Serve as a strategic talent advisor for the local management team
β’ Identify the most effective sources for generating a talent pool in relation to open positions
β’ Manage the administrative tasks associated with each role
β’ Collaborate with the global recruitment team to devise strategies that attract candidates
β’ Conduct job briefings and post job advertisements across social media and networking channels.
Requirements:
β’ At least 4 years of experience in the IT recruitment industry
β’Strong understanding of the local IT market (Ukraine) and at least one international market
β’ Solid sourcing experience using traditional and non-traditional sources such as databases, networks, job boards, social media, Google X-Ray search, online forums, blogs, etc.
β’ Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with people
β’ Build effective communication with hiring managers
β’ Ability to drive the recruitment process from gathering requirements to candidate onboarding
β’ Proficient in problem-solving and pipeline management
β’ Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple tasks
β’ Natural sales ability with a hunter mentality
β’ Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
