Job Opening: Business Analyst for a Gaming Automation Platform

Position Description: We are looking for an experienced business analyst to help collect, structure, and document requirements for a platform that manages the automation of gaming processes and gaming agents. This system should ensure effective interaction with various gaming environments, support automated actions, and optimize the management of gaming mechanics.

This is a part-time position and is not a permanent job.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify customer needs.
• Gather and document system requirements (functional and non-functional).
• Conduct interviews with stakeholders and technical specialists.
• Create technical documentation, including process diagrams, requirement specifications, and use cases.
• Collaborate with the development team to clarify implementation details.
• Define acceptance criteria and assist in testing requirement compliance.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst.
• Understanding of gaming process automation principles (preferred).
• Experience in creating technical documentation and specifications.
• Proficiency in working with BPMN/UML, User Stories, and Use Cases.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• English proficiency at an Intermediate+ level (for working with documentation).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with API integrations.
• Understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or AI in gaming.
• Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools.
