Product Owner – LATAM Payments

We’re on the lookout for a Product Owner with a strong grasp of the LATAM payments landscape to drive innovation and deliver seamless payment experiences across the region. If you’re passionate about payments, APIs, and making a real impact in a fast-moving fintech environment — we’d love to hear from you.
 

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development and roadmap of LATAM payment solutions, including PIX, open banking, cash-based methods, and voucher systems
• Collaborate closely with tech teams to define and implement API integrations for deposits and payouts
• Dive into third-party provider docs, assess capabilities, and design smart, scalable flows
• Conduct hands-on testing with Postman/Swagger to validate integrations
• Own and manage a well-structured product backlog, balancing tech, business, and compliance priorities
• Support secure, compliant processing of fiat and crypto payments
• Ensure alignment with PCI DSS standards and best practices
   

What We’re Looking For:

• Deep understanding of LATAM payment systems and local user behaviors
• Ability to read, interpret, and work with API documentation
• Practical experience with API testing
• Strong background in agile product management and backlog grooming
• Solid knowledge of fiat and crypto payment flows
• Familiarity with PCI DSS and financial compliance
• Fluent spoken English – you'll be working with international teams daily
• Spanish is a huge plus – helps you connect with local partners and providers
