SERM Manager
Responsibilities:
- Monitor company and brand mentions across search engines, social media, blogs, and news platforms.
- Identify and track negative reviews, comments, and articles online.
- Analyze and assess search engine result positions for key brand-related queries.
- Conduct market analysis to support new project launches.
- Develop and plan reputation management strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies as needed, and provide regular reporting.
- Work on de-indexing or pushing down negative content in search engine results.
- Collaborate with content and link-building teams.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of SEO and link building (including the ability to assess donor site quality for essential publications).
- Understanding of fundamental SMM principles.
- Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, Google Alerts, SE Ranking, Similarweb, Google Sheets, etc.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Entry-level skills in content analysis and providing improvement recommendations.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to propose data-driven solutions.
