SERM Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor company and brand mentions across search engines, social media, blogs, and news platforms.
  • Identify and track negative reviews, comments, and articles online.
  • Analyze and assess search engine result positions for key brand-related queries.
  • Conduct market analysis to support new project launches.
  • Develop and plan reputation management strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies as needed, and provide regular reporting.
  • Work on de-indexing or pushing down negative content in search engine results.
  • Collaborate with content and link-building teams.


Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of SEO and link building (including the ability to assess donor site quality for essential publications).
  • Understanding of fundamental SMM principles.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, Google Alerts, SE Ranking, Similarweb, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Entry-level skills in content analysis and providing improvement recommendations.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to propose data-driven solutions.
