Middle Level Business Analyst

We are looking to hire a Business Analyst with team working spirit to join our team. The Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, driving strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that align with organizational goals.
 

Job Responsibilities

• Liaising with business to confirm needed changes to the system and coordination when applying said changes
• Analyzing both product lines an overall profitability of the business
• Creating logical and innovative solutions to complex business problems with a focus on automation and improvements to the customer experience
• Preparing documentation on process flows and presenting them when needed
• Documenting newly created solutions in project packages
• Working closely with developers to ensure technical compatibility and end user satisfaction
• Develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met
• Writing business requirements documentation in user story format along with use cases for new feature requests

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in custom development for mobile/web applications.
• Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written
• Must be analytical with the capability to evaluate business objectives and come up with innovative solutions
• Proficiency in creating BRDs, system requirement documents, use case specifications, and functional specifications
• Experience in financial sector of at least 3 years is strongly preferred
• Must have strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Strong technology, analytical and communication skills
