Product Owner

Main responsibilities

• Formation and management of the product backlog (creation, prioritization, detailing);
• Collection, analysis and verification of business requirements from stakeholders;
• Translation of requirements into clear tasks for the development team;
• Maintaining transparency and accessibility of the product backlog for all process participants;
• Conducting sprint planning, participating in retrospectives and daily meetings;
• Setting and defending sprint goals, monitoring implementation and accepting work results;
• Monitoring product metrics, participating in the development of a roadmap and development strategy;
• Conducting a product demo and regular interaction with the business.

Main skills:

• Experience as a Product Owner or analyst for at least 2 years in fintech projects;
• Confident understanding of Agile/Scrum: principles, artifacts, roles;
• Experience interacting with technical teams (preferably in web projects);
• Ability to form user stories, acceptance criteria and technical requirements;
• Skills in using Jira/Confluence/analysts;
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with business stakeholders.

Additional skills:

• Experience in projects with PHP Symfony and/or AngularJS (understanding of architecture, API, REST, sessions, authorization);
• Experience in launching or scaling B2B / B2C web services;
• UX/UI analysis skills, conducting user interviews or A/B tests;
• Experience writing documentation (e.g. API descriptions, process diagrams).

Language requirements:

• Intermediate level of English to work with technical documentation and communicate with the team.
