We are looking for Brand Manager, who will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our brand. You will be responsible for our Amazon presence and continuously improving performance. We would love to have a positive and assertive person joining our team, confident about the future, self-driven, and willing to deliver value for being valued.

🔍 Requirements:
🔹Amazon Account Management Pro – Deep experience in Amazon Seller Central, including troubleshooting and solving complex account issues.
🔹Excellent or Native English – Confident communication skills in both written and spoken English.
🔹Flat File Mastery – Skilled in using flat files and bulk uploads for efficient product management.
🔹Amazon PPC Knowledge – While PPC campaigns are handled by a specialist, you should understand campaign structures, monitor performance, and assess profitability impact.
🔹SEO/SEM Expertise (RUFUS & Cosmo) – In-depth understanding of Amazon’s algorithm, keyword optimization, and ranking strategies.
🔹Data-Driven Mindset – Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and the ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions.
🔹Competitor & Market Analysis – Ability to track competitors and adapt pricing, listing copy, and creatives to stay ahead in the market.
🔹Logistics & Fulfillment Understanding – Experience in inventory forecasting, Amazon FBA operations, and supply chain coordination.
🔹Financial Accountability – Basic understanding of P&L, Balance Sheets, and how financial metrics influence strategy.
🔹Tools Proficiency:
✔️Advanced user of: Helium 10, JungleScout, Data Dive / Datarova, Seller Central, Sellerboard, ClickUp, Zendesk, Slack, ChatGPT
✔️Bonus tools: Notion, Figma, Miro
✔️Shopify experience is a plus
🎯Responsibilities:
🔸 Monitor, Manage & Grow the Amazon Brand – Take full ownership of our Amazon presence, continuously improving performance.
🔸 Listing Optimization – Optimize titles, bullet points, A+ Content, and backend keywords for maximum visibility and conversion.
🔸 Create Amazon cases / or provide instruction and manage another team member
🔸Work with Flat Files
🔸Create SOPs
🔸Conduct team meetings
🔸Create and monitor Amazon deals & price
🔸Manage affiliate partnerships - Levanta, Amazon Content Creators, JoinBrands
🔸Image & Video Briefs – Collaborate (Brief and feedback) with designers and photographers to create compelling product images and videos that drive engagement.
🔸PPC Oversight – Work closely with our PPC team to monitor performance, ensure efficiency, and align it with the business goals and strategy
🔸Inventory & Logistics – Forecast inventory needs, prevent stockouts, and manage shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers.
🔸New Product Launches – Plan and execute product launches, optimizing for organic rankings and sales velocity.
🔸Competitive Analysis – Track competitor strategies, pricing, and trends to stay ahead in the market.
🔸Implement Continuous Improvements – Identify opportunities for optimization across operations, listings, packaging, costs & fees and overall brand positioning.
