Head of Buying PPC

We are a leading international sports betting company with five years of success and multiple prestigious global awards. Our African division is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for a Head of Buying PPC to strengthen our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who can bring fresh ideas and drive growth in new markets.

What you will do:

• Lead PPC and media buying: manage budgets, team, partners, and ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and Media Networks.
• Develop and execute a traffic acquisition strategy focused on ROI and scaling successful campaigns.
• Optimize buying strategies: test new approaches, lower acquisition costs, and find innovative ad formats.
• Build a data-driven analytics system to track campaign effectiveness and improve performance.
• Automate and standardize processes: implement scripts, rules, and algorithmic buying strategies.
• Develop and manage the team: delegate tasks, ensure specialists grow, and optimize workflows.
• Create reporting and planning systems, ensuring all decisions are backed by data.
  
  

What we expect from you:

• At least 2 years of experience in iGaming (betting/casino), including 1+ year in a leadership role in PPC or media buying.
• Experience working in African markets is a plus.
• Strong expertise in performance marketing and media buying: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Media Networks.
• Skills in budget management, resource allocation, and campaign performance evaluation.
• A mix of creativity and structured thinking – generating new ideas while setting up clear processes.
• Experience in team building and management: delegating, developing specialists, and ensuring efficiency.
