Senior PHP Symfony (Sonata) Developer Offline

We’re seeking an experienced PHP Developer to join our dynamic team, focusing on building and enhancing robust web applications. This role emphasizes deep expertise in PHP, Symfony, and particularly Sonata, to drive scalable solutions for our growing product suite. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable code that powers our business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, with a focus on Symfony framework.

- Leverage Sonata Admin Bundle to create efficient admin interfaces and manage backend workflows.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end and third-party systems.

- Optimize application performance and ensure code quality through testing and best practices.

- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
- Experience in remote-tools: ssh/bash/ftp

Requirements

- Must-Have:

  - 5+ years of PHP development experience.

  - Strong proficiency in Symfony framework (versions 5/6 preferred).

  - Proven expertise with Sonata Admin Bundle for backend management solutions.

  - Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and MVC architecture.

  - Experience with MySQL or similar relational databases.

  - Familiarity with REST API development and integration.

  - Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
