Who we are looking for:
We’re seeking a strong Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time releases and streamlined project execution. This role plays a key part in driving our growth and supporting our global expansion goals.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate product development across tech, design, marketing, and QA teams
- Define and manage timelines for game or feature launches
- Ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams and third-party providers
- Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and remove roadblocks
- Manage priorities and adjust plans based on changing business needs
- Communicate updates to stakeholders clearly and regularly
- Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and responsible gaming guidelines
- Monitor budgets and resource allocation
- Ensure quality of deliverables across all platforms (web, mobile, back office)
- Lead post-launch analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of iGaming industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- +5 years experience in Project Management, preferably in iGaming or software outsourcing
- Strong grasp of iGaming platform, and operational requirements.
- Proficiency in PM tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Familiarity with online casino platforms, game aggregators, sportsbooks, and related iGaming products.
- Project management skills, including planning, organizing, and executing projects
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
