Team: Head of sales, Sales manager, Account manager, 3x Sales representatives


Requirements:

• 1+ year of proven experience in IT sales.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and outsourcing/staff augmentation models
• Knowledge and interest in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to identify client needs and present relevant services or solutions
• Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
• Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales team
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of CRM data
• Assist in preparing sales reports, dashboards, and tracking key metrics
• Support coordination between sales, marketing, and other internal teams
• Assist with sales documentation, proposals, and internal communication
