Junior Finance Manager Offline

An international product company specializing in gambling products is looking for a Junior Finance Manager to join our team and work on a high-load backend service. 

Responsibilities:

• Salary Calculation and Control:
  • Preparing payroll and other related calculations
  • Full ownership of the payroll section
• Invoice Management:
  • Issuing invoices to clients.
  • Monitoring invoice payments and reconciling transactions.
• Financial Control and Support:
  • Input and maintaining records of financial transactions in 1C
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet).
  • Handling queries related to financial transactions from employees and partners.

🔹 The list of responsibilities may be expanded after the probation period. In the future, the role may also include processing payments, assisting in financial strategy optimization and automating routine financial processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance/accounting
• Intermediate level of English (email communication, working with financial documents).
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience with 1C or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-growing environment and adapt to changing financial processes.
• Willingness to learn and support financial operations within the company.
