Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee internal Cyber Bark projects, manage the delivery of products and services to our clients, and provide project management support directly to client teams. This role requires a high level of organization, communication, and problem-solving to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate Cyber Bark’s internal projects across various teams.
- Manage external client projects related to the delivery of our services (cybersecurity, compliance, IT solutions, etc.).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders—internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
- Support clients by managing their internal projects as part of our service offering.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any risks or issues.
- Track and report on KPIs and deliverables to senior leadership and clients.
- Conduct regular status meetings, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.
- Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to project management best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT, cybersecurity, or related services.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including client-facing projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Strong understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely in a dynamic environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is a plus.
Work Schedule:
- This is a full-time remote position.
- Work hours: 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM CST (Chicago Time), Monday through Friday.
