Technical Support Engineer to $1500
Interact with clients on technical matters: identify needs, provide consultations, and promptly resolve any issues that arise.
Log and manage incidents in a task tracker: record details, assign priorities, and monitor progress. Analyze and diagnose issues related to cloud data storage (GCP, AWS). Work with databases: write SQL queries for data retrieval, modification, and analysis.
(Preferred) Provide support and resolve incidents in analytical databases (Trino, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).
Requirements:
Experience working in technical support or a related role.
Solid understanding of how cloud solutions (GCP, AWS) operate.
Knowledge of the fundamentals of database administration and operation.
Confident skills in writing SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, DISTINCT etc.).
(A plus) Experience or familiarity with analytical databases (Trino, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).
Proficiency in English at B1 level or higher (both written and spoken).
