Requirements:

  Key Responsibilities:

• Create technically accurate and informative content drafts for marketing and product documentation. These drafts will serve as a foundation for copywriters to refine. Content types include blog posts, social media updates, industry articles for third-party platforms, presentations, branding materials, manuals, scientific papers, case studies, product guides, and user documentation.
• Review and verify completed content from a technical perspective to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with subject-matter expertise.
• Produce clear, concise, and product-oriented content, highlighting key features and benefits while identifying and suggesting areas for improvement.
• Support copywriters with technical insights and guidance during the creation of expert-level content.
• Enhance technical briefs by providing structured outlines and emphasizing critical technical elements to be included.
• Collaborate with internal and freelance subject-matter experts to gather the necessary technical knowledge for content development.
• Assist in building comprehensive user profiles and content guides to support consistent content production.
• Conduct thorough research on unfamiliar topics, evaluate source credibility, and extract relevant insights for reference.
