Business Analyst Offline

Meest Poshta the national postal operator of Ukraine is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team! If you have experience in collecting and analyzing requirements, documenting business processes, and communicating with the development team, we will be happy to cooperate!

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years as a business analyst in IT.
• Education: higher education (preferably technical or economic).
• Knowledge of methodologies: understanding of Agile, Scrum basics.
• Tools: experience with Jira, Confluence.
• Communication skills: ability to communicate clearly and work in a team.
• Analytical skills: ability to analyze information and identify problems.
• English: Intermediate (B1) level

Key skills and knowledge:

• Requirements gathering: basic understanding of requirements gathering and documentation processes.
• Process modeling: understanding of the basics of business process modeling (e.g. BPMN).
• Documentation: experience in writing user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria.
• Testing: basic understanding of testing processes.
• Presentation skills: ability to present information clearly and concisely.
• SQL knowledge: basic knowledge of SQL (preferred).
• IT fundamentals: understanding of basic IT concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Collection and analysis of software requirements.
• Modeling and description of business processes.
• Development of functional documentation.
• Communication with the development team.
• Participation in software testing.
• Preparation of reports and presentations.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with logistics systems (WMS, TMS, ERP).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
