- Acquisition and engagement — CopyStake introduces users to an iGaming website, allowing them to bet alongside their favorite streamers.
- Retention — the Play to Earn and Hold to Earn loyalty programs keep player engagement high by guaranteeing rakeback and distributing a share of the platform’s revenue.
- Brand equity — the tokenization of loyalty points helps transform users’ affinity for a brand into a personal interest in its financial success. In Trueplay’s take on Web3 loyalty, players feel like casino stakeholders.
More than 20 iGaming brands from 18 markets are fostering player loyalty with Trueplay.
Our internal team is currently looking for a skilled Product Designer who can create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products, ensuring a seamless user experience.
It is important for us that you have:
- 3+ years of work experience as a Product Designer.
- Strong knowledge of Product Design processes and methodologies for Web/Mobile apps. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Figma (our primary design tool) or willingness to adapt to it.
- Knowledge of Material Design principles and Human Interface Guidelines.
- Real experience in conducting User Research.
- Experience analyzing product metrics and working with analytical platforms.
- Ability to maintain design documentation.
- Good mastery of creating design libraries.
- Advanced knowledge of the basics of composition, color, and typography.
- Ability to create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing.
- A deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Ability to pay close attention to details and use critical thinking.
- The desire to constantly develop and both share and gain new knowledge in product design.
- Staying on top of current trends.
- Intermediate level of English.
You will be responsible for:
- Product Design Process: Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Product Feature Ideation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, conceptualize, and develop innovative product feature ideas that address user needs and market demands.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Produce wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
- User Research: Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- User/Data Analysis: Proficiently analyze user research data, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing results, as well as product metrics and user session recordings. Extract actionable insights from this data to inform and drive design decisions. Utilize a data-driven approach to continuously monitor and improve the user experience, ensuring that design choices align with user needs and business objectives.
- Design Library Development: Improve the design library. Establish and maintain a comprehensive collection of design components, templates, and style guidelines to ensure uniformity in design across all company products and projects. Collaborate with development teams to implement and uphold these design resources, promoting efficient and cohesive design practices.
- Design Iteration: Iterate on designs based on feedback and evolving business requirements, while also considering technical feasibility.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are executed effectively and meet business goals.
- User-Centered Approach: Advocate for a user-centered design approach throughout the product development lifecycle.
