Automation Specialist / Revenue Operations / Sales Operations/ Marketing Automation Offline
We’re looking for a scrappy, systems-minded Revenue Operations & Automation Specialist to supercharge our sales pipeline through automation, smart lead sourcing, and tooling. You’ll be the go-to person for connecting systems (Salesforce, Apollo.io, dialing tools, scraping platforms, and more), building sales workflows, and using automation tools like Make, n8n, and Zapier to streamline how we find and engage new prospects.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, data, and no-code/low-code automation—someone who doesn’t wait for leads to appear, but builds the systems to generate them.
What You’ll Do:
• Build and manage automated workflows that source new sales leads from job postings and hiring signals (scraping or via APIs).
• Use tools like Apollo.io and our internal job data tool to enrich and segment lead lists.
• Automatically add leads to sales sequences (email, calling, and AI outreach tools).
• Build reporting dashboards to track lead quality, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Connect systems across the tech stack (Salesforce, Apollo, dialing tools, CRM enrichment, scraping inputs, etc.) using Make, n8n, Zapier, and similar tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to continuously iterate and improve prospecting efficiency.
• Maintain clean, structured data in Salesforce and proactively monitor lead flows.
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years in a Revenue Operations, Sales Automation, or Growth Ops role.
• Experience using Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar tools for workflow automation.
• Familiarity with sales prospecting platforms like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or Clay.
• Comfortable working with data: scraping, APIs, CRM fields, and reporting.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• A builder’s mindset—you love solving problems by connecting tools and systems.
