Responsibilities:
— Manage HR policies and procedures
— Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates
— Manage company’s Instagram and TikTok: create and publish engaging content to support employer branding
— Conduct new employee orientation and facilitate a seamless onboarding process
— Promote a positive workplace culture by addressing employee relations issues and providing guidance on policies and procedures
— Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
— Organizing and holding team-building events
— Office management (I know this might trigger you, but don’t worry, it won’t take long :))
If You:
— Have 1-2 years of experience in HRM/HRG role
— Can take ownership of your work
— Are highly motivated and results-oriented
— Are empathetic and can establish a connection with any person
— Can interest even the most uninterested candidate :)
