Creative Marketing Manager Offline
We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager! Join a team where data meets bold creativity, and your ideas drive real impact on international markets. In this role, you will sharpen your analytical, creative, and leadership skills while working with top-tier tools like Tableau, Appsflyer, Meta Ads Manager, and AI-powered platforms like ChatGPT and Midjourney.
You will collaborate with high-performing teams across UA, product, and design, developing creatives that speak to millions across the US and other Tier 1 markets. With large budgets, innovative tools, and cross-cultural challenges, you will be part of high-stakes campaigns where every test counts and every insight leads to smarter decisions
In this role, you will
- Research trends, competitors, audience insights and internal data to generate performing creative ideas
- Write briefs and scripts for designers, models, and content creators
- Test creatives on platforms like Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, identify top performers
- Analyze performance and optimize creatives based on results
- Coordinate asset production (UGC, influencers, models)
- Create viral content for TikTok, Reels, and other platforms. Set up and manage content publishing workflows
Itβs all about you
- At least 6β9 months in performance marketing, focusing on mobile apps or web-to-app projects
- Daily work with key marketing metrics (CPI, CPA, CTR, ROI) and a clear understanding of how to achieve and optimize target KPIs
- Experience in creating detailed technical briefs to support efficient creative production
- Proven experience in conducting thorough analysis and applying insights to inform strategy
- Hands-on experience running ad campaigns on at least one major platform (Facebook, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.) β excludes B2B platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter
- Ability to handle high workload, tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously (e.g., managing 10+ projects or creating 20β30 creatives per week)
- Ability to effectively collaborate with and present ideas to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Confident verbal and written communication at a B2 level or higher
Would be a plus:
- Background in User Acquisition or understanding of UA processes and strategies
- Experience working with mobile apps and familiarity with web-to-app or web-to-web conversion strategies and tools
