Technical Writer

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of professional experience in technical writing, with a demonstrated ability to convey complex technical information in a clear, concise, and user-friendly manner;

- Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken);

- Solid technical knowledge of software systems, programming frameworks, and web technologies;

- Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence;

- Strong writing and editing skills, with exceptional attention to detail;

- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to accurately comprehend and articulate technical specifications;

- Previous experience in the financial sector, with a solid understanding of payment systems, would be a strong advantage.

 

Responsibilities:

- Plan, develop, and maintain technical documentation for our FinTech product in close collaboration with the technical team;

- Document both existing and new functionalities of the product;

- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and testers to create comprehensive, high-quality documentation;

- Oversee documentation projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality throughout the process.
