We’re on a mission to empower businesses to scale their outbound efforts through smart automation and clean UX. We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who thrives in ownership, architecture decisions, and delivering polished, high-performance web experiences.

You’ll work with a modern stack based on React.js and Next.js, using Zustand for state, TanStack Query and Axios for data fetching, and Chakra UI for component design.

Your Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the frontend architecture of our platform.

• Build and maintain modern, responsive, and accessible UIs using React.js and Next.js.

• Lead component development using Chakra UI, with a focus on reusability and scalability.

• Manage global and local state with Zustand, and handle complex data flows with TanStack Query/Axios.

• Collaborate with the backend team to define API contracts and data structures.

• Optimize frontend performance (code-splitting, lazy loading, caching, etc.).

• Mentor other developers and participate in high-quality code reviews.

• Continuously improve the developer experience and frontend tooling.

• Contribute ideas to improve product UX/UI, performance, and scalability.

Required Skills and Experience

• 4+ years of experience in frontend development, including at least 1+ year at a senior level.

• Advanced proficiency with React.js and Next.js.

• Deep experience with component-based architecture and design systems like Chakra UI.

• Solid experience with Zustand or similar state management libraries (Redux, Jotai, Recoil).

• Hands-on knowledge of TanStack Query (React Query) and Axios for efficient data handling.

• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern build systems.

• Experience optimizing frontend performance and managing SSR/SEO in Next.js.

• Strong knowledge of Git, code review best practices, and team collaboration workflows.

• Proactive mindset, great communication, and ability to work autonomously.

Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing, analytics, or feature flag systems.

• Familiarity with Storybook or similar tools for UI-driven development.

• Testing experience with Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

• UI/UX sense and ability to contribute to product-level decisions.

• Background working with SaaS platforms or growth-stage startups.
