Lead Generation Manager

📢 We at Cryptorsy Ventures are looking for a Lead Generation Manager to join our team full-time and help scale our sales pipeline in the Web3 and digital marketing space.

 

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, Twitter, Telegram, forums, and other relevant platforms

• Build and optimize lead generation funnels

• Leverage automation tools like LinkedIn Helper, Apollo, PhantomBuster, Lemlist, etc.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to nurture and convert leads

• Keep track of lead performance and campaign results in CRM tools

 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in lead generation (preferably in a marketing agency or IT/Web3 company)

• English Proficiency - at least B1 level (strong written & spoken communication).

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM systems

• Highly organized and results-driven

• Self-motivated and proactive attitude

 

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of Web3 / crypto / blockchain markets

• Experience working in marketing or sales teams

• Background in B2B outbound lead generation campaigns
