Junior QA Engineer

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in mobile app testing;
  • Basic understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and software development life cycle (SDLC);
  • Familiarity with iOS mobile platforms and iOS UI/UX guidelines;
  • Understanding of mobile app testing principles: UI/UX testing, functional testing, smoke/sanity testing, regression testing;
  • Experience with Task Management System (e.g Clickup, Jira);
  • Ability to write clear test documentation - bug reports, checklists;
  • Knowledge of how to capture logs, screenshots, screen recordings to support bug reports;
  • Proven analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and product orientation;
  • A proactive and achievement-oriented approach to work;
  • English โ€“ Intermediate level or higher (for documentation and team communication).

     

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with TestFlight, FireBase;
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g MixPanel);
  • Experience with Xcode.

     

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing of mobile application;
  • Write detailed and clear test documentation based on product requirements;
  • Execute testing, document test results, and identify defects;
  • Report and track defects, providing detailed descriptions to facilitate efficient resolution;
  • Collaborate with developers, product manager, and other team members to ensure that features are correctly implemented;
  • Proactivity, quick learning and desire to develop.
