What you’ll be working on:
- Create compelling concept art to visualize the artistic vision of the game, including environments, objects, atmospheres, and overall style.
- Create 2d illustrations with high-quality render for use in the product.
- Depict the idea in the form of a quick sketch to support the art director in defining the project’s artistic direction.
- Refine and detail selected concepts, ensuring they align with the creative vision and meet project requirements.
- Work with various AI tools to speed up the process of creating concepts and improve their quality.
- Create a comprehensive project guideline that outlines cohesive color palettes, stylistic directions, concepts, and visual references.
- Adapt designs based on feedback, making necessary revisions to maintain consistency with the artistic and technical constraints.
- Provide advice on composition and stylistic direction to support the creation of a cohesive project style.
- Collaborate closely with the art and development teams to ensure feasibility and integration of concepts into production.
About you:
- 4+ years of experience as a Concept Artist in the game industry.
- Ability to work with stylized projects.
- Experience working on mobile game development projects.
- Strong understanding of color theory and composition principles.
- Excellent 2D drawing skills with a solid aesthetic sense.
- Strong knowledge of 3D software (Blender) to support concept development.
- Experience working with AI-assisted tools in the creative process.
- Strong communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proactive, reliable, and committed to continuous learning and ethical standards.
- English — Intermediate level or higher.

Step-by-step process for this position:
- Pre-screening interview (30 min): To discuss the position, check basic competencies and culture fit.
- Test task: Task regarding the position’s requirements.
- Interview with the Recruiter and Lead Artist (up to 1 hour): Detailed сase approach to identify experience and core competencies, discussion of the completed task.
- Referral: Recommendations from the previous workplace.
- Debrief interview with CEO and Lead Artist (30 min): Sum up the information about the candidate, discuss their strengths and weaknesses, and assess their fit for the position.
- Offer call (30 min): Discussion of a Job Offer Proposal.
