Trainee / Junior Operations Manager

- First Stage: Test Task.

- Second Stage: An interview with our HR team. This stage will take approximately 1 hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in streamlining operational processes by supporting communication and execution efforts.
• Help document and refine standardized operational workflows under supervision, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Support the tracking of operational schedules, monitor task progress, and flag potential delays.
• Collaborate with different teams to gather insights and contribute to operational improvements.
• Assist team leads with resource coordination, helping to ensure tasks are distributed effectively.
• Provide periodic updates to the leadership team by compiling reports and key insights.
• Facilitate communication between teams by managing shared documents and updating relevant stakeholders.
• Help manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for key stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing and organizing reports and operational documents, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

Work Experience:

- No prior experience required.

- Bachelor’s degree.

Required Skills:

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

- Strong communication abilities in English (B2 level).

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basical knowledge of Web3 Crypto.
