Client Success/Performance Ads Specialist Offline

Our client is a marketing solution that supports medium-sized direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands in promoting their products on major online advertising platforms. We’re proud partners with Meta Marketing and Google.

 

This is NOT a senior strategy role and it’s NOT a support role either — it’s a mid-level performance marketing position with a strong client-facing component. You’ll be responsible for running Performance Max campaigns and explaining the results to clients in a clear, friendly way — all via email.

Our customers are Small & Medium eCommerce brands based in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Performance Max) for our eCommerce clients.
  • Monitor results and improve ROAS through data-driven decisions.
  • Keep clients in the loop — send regular performance updates, answer questions, and explain results via email.
  • Onboard new customers: make sure everything is set up right from the start, answer early questions, and share best practices.

     

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience running Google Ads.
  • Strong written English — you can explain performance and strategy in a clear, friendly way.
  • You’re organized, responsible, and genuinely care about helping clients grow.

     

Will Be a Plus

  • Experience working with Google Merchant Center
  • Experience in customer support, account management, or customer success.
  • Experience working with Shopify.
  • Familiarity with Intercom
