User Acquisition Manager (Facebook)  for a product IT

company that creates AI and neural network-based tools to help professional

photographers work more efficiently.

The product has been recognized by customers in over 50 countries around the

world.

Company products: A desktop application for Windows and macOS  for photographers (B2C)  

The  performance marketing team - 2 UA( Meta/Google) +1 creator manager

Main market - Tier1, Tier 2

Location: Remote from any country or office Kyiv 

 

Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of experience in user engagement with a focus on Meta Ads.
  • Experience working with B2C applications in Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets.
  • Experience in launching and scaling product promotions from scratch 
  • Experience  with a budget up to 100K USD in Tier 1 markets.
  • Experience working closely with the creative manager.
  • Experience using automation tools such as Revealbot, Tableau, Amplitude, and AppsFlyer.
  • Excellent understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize effective marketing campaigns.
    English proficiency - B2+.

 

Will be a plus:

  • Previous experience in marketing and a deep understanding of product promotion and the use of various user acquisition channels.

 

Responsibilities: 

- Launch and optimization of advertising campaigns on the Meta platforms.

- Analysis of the market and competitors.

- Be responsible for developing and promoting the strategy, launching and testing   

        hypotheses.     

 - Define optimal budgets for testing and scaling campaigns, adjusting them based on  

   the еffectiveness of results.

- Actively participates in the generation of ideas for new advertising creatives together 

   with a team of creatives.
