Lead Generation Manager (Upwork, LinkedIn) Offline

We’re looking for a proactive and strategic LeadGen Manager to help strengthen our presence on platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, Clutch, Kickstarter, and Crunchbase. If you’re not just sending templates, but actually crafting unique proposals for each client, this role is for you.

 

🚀 What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating custom Upwork bids tailored to each client and project.
  • Working with B2B platforms such as Clutch, Crunchbase, and Kickstarter.
  • Running email outreach and generating leads via LinkedIn.
  • Filling out and optimizing company profiles on platforms like Upwork, Clutch, and others.
  • Using AI tools to boost productivity (smartly and in moderation).
  • Continuously searching for new ways to find and attract leads.

 

✅ Our ideal candidate:

  • Has experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, Mail knows how to write meaningful and targeted proposals.
  • Understands that leadgen is about analytics, tests and development, not copypaste.
  • Written English at a high level (oral is not required, but a plus).
  • Understands AI tools and knows how to use them to your advantage.
  • Is willing to develop and take leadership roles in the future.
