Junior HR manager

  • Prefer to work remotely and flexibly (in the Ukrainian timezone);
  • English – Upper-Intermediate.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating a safe and comfortable workplace that promotes trust and productivity;
  • Support the employees’ onboarding and adaptation process;
  • Manage and coordinate internal communications to maintain transparency;
  • Guide employees throughout their career development journey;
  • Assist the HR manager in developing effective HR processes.
