Business Systems Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Systems Manager to optimize and manage Faria Education Group’s internal systems. This role will consolidate tools across departments, ensure the smooth implementation of new systems, and maintain our overall systems roadmap and strategy. The ideal candidate will work effectively across departments and regions, driving efficiency through process improvements.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. System consolidation & optimization - Review our existing systems landscape and work with departmental leadership to align systems with business needs, particularly focusing on reducing redundant systems across departments. 
  2. Systems implementation project management: Lead the implementation of new business systems through the whole project lifecycle, including discovery, vendor selection, implementation, and training. I act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
  3. Drive systems usage and efficiency - Lead ongoing change management and adoption efforts to ensure that systems are used effectively and the company is getting the maximum return on investment. 
  4. Manage Systems Strategy - Collaborate with senior leadership to develop a long-term systems roadmap, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with strategic goals. 

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, business analyst, or similar roles with at least 3 years of experience in a systems role.
  • Proven track record of leading successful systems implementations involving multiple departments across multiple regions. 
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, mainly working across multiple time zones
  • Familiarity with standard enterprise systems for SaaS companies, particularly within finance, product, and engineering
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Russian, Ukrainian, or Chinese is desirable.
