Sales Manager
UDS Systems is a Microsoft Gold Partner specializing in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM), Power Platform, and Azure. Since 2007, we have been cooperating with leading European and US clients across the automotive industry, real estate, IT, finance, and other ambitious industries.
We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Manager who will strengthen our company. Your financial reward will consist of a competitive fixed salary and a bonus based on successful deals.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Expertise in sales within European and US markets
- Strong experience in sales of IT services and products (experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus)
- Experience with the full sales cycle (lead generation, nurturing, negotiations, closing deals)
- Experience in complex pre-sales processes
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Proactive approach and high level of responsibility
- Strong planning and self-organization skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
Nice to have / Additional qualifications:
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales automation tools
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform products
- Experience working with the Australian and New Zealand markets
- Knowledge of IT industry sales trends and the competitive landscape
Your responsibilities will include:
In our team, a Sales Manager is responsible for generating, managing leads, and converting them into successful deals. A deep understanding of MS Dynamics 365 products and our services is critical to succeed in this position.
- Close cooperation with lead generation specialists, the CMO, and the marketing department
- Active collaboration and interaction with the CEO, Project Managers, and Developers on sales purposes (within the pre-sales process, for technical assistance, case collection, etc.)
- Developing and executing strategies to attract new clients
- Conducting research to identify potential prospects
- Generating new leads (email, LinkedIn, phone, messengers, calls, events, other opportunities)
- Tracking and qualifying incoming leads
- Constantly managing all leads, maintaining contact with them to build long-term relationships
- Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully
- Preparing demos and presentations for potential clients
- Communicating with current and past clients and partners regarding new projects or support
- Participating in business events as a part of the UDS team
- Monitoring and optimizing the sales pipeline
- Tracking and analyzing sales performance
