Payments Business Development Manager
We’re growing fast — and so is our Web division. That’s why we’re now looking for a Payments Business Development Manager to join the team and would responsible for shaping the future of our payment infrastructure, collaborate with other Payment adapters&providers, implementing new features.
This is a unique opportunity to dive deep into the core zone between internal product needs and external payment infrastructure — where business strategy meets technical implementation.
Kiss My Apps is a startup studio that specializes in developing mobile-first products. Over the last year, the total MRR of Kiss My Apps products has grown 5 times, now our products attract up to 2M new users per month, and the total audience is already more than 70M users.
Our portfolio includes 30+ web and mobile products of various categories: Utilities, Lifestyle, Health & Fitness, and others.
Hard skills required for the position:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g. Payments, FinTech, Compliance, BD).
- Solid understanding of how online payments work.
- Experience with MID opening and working with payment providers.
- Strong business-oriented mindset and the ability to balance risk/reward.
- English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
Would be a plus:
Experience in compliance.
Job responsibilities include:
- Development of our payment infrastructure based on products needs. Expanding our payment methods portfolio and usage logics (MID’s opening, building strategic partnerships with the necessary payment providers and acquirers).
- Key payment metrics monitoring and optimising.
- Market research and new MID’s&Payment providers implementation.
- Management of new integration processes.
- Maintenance of current integrations in good standing.
- Ensuring compliance and security within our integrations and ecosystem as a whole.

Kiss My Apps is part of the Netpeak Group. Currently, about 20% of the Netpeak Group team is involved in various initiatives to counter russian propaganda. Some of the Netpeak Group principles are working with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the cyber police. There are several volunteer projects in which we participate: content creation, advertising on social networks, promotion of Ukrainian products, and humanitarian aid. The NGO "Moye Misto” - which is part of the Netpeak Group - together with volunteers, is currently engaged in maintaining animal shelters, as well as purchasing necessary items for some units of the Armed Forces.
