Senior Node.js Developer (Outstaff · Full-time)

We are looking for a Senior Node.js Developer to join an ongoing outstaff project for one of our long-term US clients. You’ll work closely with their internal team, helping build and maintain scalable backend solutions. The ideal candidate is independent, communicative, and confident in delivering high-quality code in a dynamic product environment.

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and designers to deliver full-featured solutions.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and data integrations.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
• Participate in code reviews and suggest improvements.
• Communicate directly with the client’s team and attend regular sync meetings.
• Contribute to technical discussions and architecture planning.

✅ Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in web development.
• 3+ years of strong experience with Node.js (Express, NestJS, or similar).
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, event loops, and backend architecture.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Strong Git and version control practices.
• English at B2 level or higher — comfortable in spoken and written communication.

➕ Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with React or other modern frontend frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience in working with outstaff or distributed teams.
