Freelance IT Recruiter

We’re a full-cycle digital agency building high-load and fintech products for international clients. As we scale, we’re looking for a freelance IT recruiter to join us on a project basis and help us source and hire strong tech and creative talent.
This is a flexible, as-needed role — perfect for someone who values autonomy and wants to combine this work with other freelance or full-time commitments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordination
• Closing roles like React, Node.js, UI/UX, etc.
• Conducting pre-screen interviews (primarily in Ukrainian; English — as needed)
• Communicating directly with agency leadership on role requirements and pipeline
• Keeping candidate data organized in Google Sheets or ATS
• Managing multiple openings when needed, while staying fast and focused

How You Work:

• Sourcing candidates via Boolean, X-Ray, social platforms
• Writing personalized outreach messages with strong copywriting skills
• Navigating ATS/CMS tools with confidence
• Communicating clearly and professionally at every stage
• Managing time well, even across parallel hiring flows

 Our Hiring Flow:

1. Initial screening (by recruiter)
2. Technical interview (by our internal team)
3. Final interview with leadership (by our internal team)
4. Send feedback or offer to candidate (by recruiter)
5. 3-month probation period

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
• Solid sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Boolean, etc.)
• Ukrainian — fluent; English — Upper-Intermediate+
• Proactive, structured, and results-oriented
• Available to jump in when we have active roles
• Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes

Compensation:

• $300–600 per successful hire, depending on role level
• Optional base rate — negotiable during active hiring periods
• Payment in 2 stages: after offer acceptance & after candidate starts probation
• We’re open to ongoing collaboration if we’re a good match
