Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Business Analyst with extensive experience working on projects of varying complexity and preferably with experience in HRMS/ ERP systems to join our dynamic team. The Business Analyst will play an important role in enhancing our operational efficiency and driving strategic initiatives through effective business analysis and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of APIs
• Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction
• Strong understanding of iterative ways of working, especially Scrum
• Expert in user story creation and decomposition
• Basic proficiency in wire framing and prototyping tools
• Solid understanding of HR business processes and overall business operations to align technical solutions with organizational needs
• Good verbal and written English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Getting things done oriented

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience working with ERP systems

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements in alignment with strategic objectives
• Work closely with product owners, development teams, QA engineers, designers to ensure clear understanding and implementation of business requirements
• Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions
• Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and other artifacts to effectively communicate requirements and solution designs
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from underlying true needs
• Conduct demo meetings to show delivered value
• Create user manuals for end users
