- Esper Platform is a cloud-based software solution that uses machine learning algorithms to individualize the control of wearables, including the Hand.

Key Responsibilities:
Electronics Design Engineer is responsible for driving high-level product development for the electronic components of Esper products.
This includes:
- HW design of core products like Esper hand and prosthesis power supply system;
- Verification and validation of hardware;
- Designing products to pass EMC tests;
- Design review (schematic/PCB/documentation);
- Creating manufacturing documentation;
- Communication with mechanical and software engineers during product development;
- Cooperation with the QA, QC departments and manufacturing team;
- Actively participating in team meetings, managing tasks and overseeing duties;
- Staying informed about industry trends and complementing the team with engineering qualifications;
- Analyzing ready-made solutions in the global market;
- Manufacturing support and product improvement.
Job Skill Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with the following skills and qualifications:
- Demonstrated proficiency in both analog and digital electronic circuits, coupled with hands-on experience in SPICE simulation;
- Strong schematic design skills;
- High-density PCB design skills. Candidate should be familiar with HDI PCB design requirements and limitations;
- Commitment to Design For Manufacturability (DFM) strategy;
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities, analytical skills;
- Ability to solve design issues directly with adjacent teams without involving higher-level management;
- Proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous learning;
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Electrical engineering, a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience;
- Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate) and Ukrainian (native).
Preferred Skills:

- Participation in high-growth startups and emerging technology projects;

- Awareness of CE Certification/FDA requirements for electronic devices;
